建筑材料工业技术情报研究所

建筑材料工业技术情报研究所(原国家建筑材料工业局技术情报研究所,简称建材情报所)是1958年由原国家建筑工程部批准设立的全额拨款事业单位，现属国务院资产管理委员会系统，由中国建筑材料工业协会代管的中央预算拨款的事业单位。中国水泥协会信息部设在建材情报所水泥室。
建材情报所是从事建材行业科技、经济和贸易情报研究与咨询的专门机构。设有水泥、玻璃、陶瓷、新型建筑材料、非金属矿等专业信息研究部门，信息资源中心、网络发展中心、《水泥》杂志社、《中国砖瓦》杂志社、《商品混凝土》编辑部等业务部门。拥有先进的情报研究手段和技术装备。同时还是八个全国性建材专业网络的组织者，这些网络的成员遍布全国，并与国际同行保持着密切的联系。现有在职职工120人，包括建材各专业以及自动化、机械、计算机和管理等专业的高、中、初级技术人员，并有英、日、德、西、俄、意、朝等语种的翻译人员，以及编辑和其它情报研究人员。现任所长是王政教授级高级工程师。副所长徐洛屹教授级高级工程师和崔源声教授级高级工程师，总工程师是崔源声教授级高级工程师。
▼ 工作的职能与任务：
● 根据国民经济和建筑材料工业发展的需要，进行国内外建筑材料工业有关情报信息的研究工作，为政府、行业和企业提供管理和决策依据。 承接政府的重要软科学课题，并承接专题调研报告。
● 加工、编辑出版科技文献期刊、资料和各种研究和调研报告。
● 承接建材行业技术及技术情报和经济贸易情报咨询服务、新产品及新技术开发、市场调查、企业技术改造及可行性研究、信息中介、科技查新。
● 举办各种技术市场、展览会以及不同形式的技术业务培训，举办大型的建材行业国际展览会和技术交流会。
● 建立国内外建材工业经济运行、产品、技术装备、企业行为、市场信息等方面的数据库和计算机信息网络服务。

在水泥行业我们所完成的项目和开展的活动：
作为国家级专业信息咨询服务机构，建材情报所为水泥企业提供服务一直是工作重点，在水泥企业中具有较高的影响力和权威性。举办的活动和研究内容是水泥企业获得技术信息的主要来源，在一定程度上起到了为行业指明发展方向和技术导向的作用。
同时，作为建材行业决策的信息支持权威部门和建材行业的科技查新和评介机构，建材情报研究所一直为政府部门、行业协会、国内科研院所提供强有力的信息和决策支持，每年都有多项建议得到了政府有关部门的采纳和重视，同时还承担政府众多政策制定的理论和方法研究和咨询。水泥行业的重大技术政策和产业政策的出台均有建筑材料工业技术情报研究所的贡献。

Building Materials Industry of China (ITIBMIC)
INTRODUCTION
Institute of Technical Information for Building Materials Industry of China (ITIBMIC) is a research and consultative agency under State of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), and China Building Materials Industry Association, specializing in information of science technology, economy and trade for building materials industry in China. The information department of China Cement Association is in our cement information research department.
ITIBMIC consists of a series of special information research departments, such as Cement, Glass, Ceramics, New Building Materials, Non-metallic Centre, Networks Developing Centre, and Editorial Departments of Cement and Brick&Tile World. ITIBMIC is equipped with modern information technologies and facilities. Meanwhile, it is the organizer of 8 national specialized information networks in building materials industry, whose members are distributed all over China. There are about 120 employees with senior, medium and junior professional titles, including researchers for the most sectors in building materials industry and specialists of mechanical engineering, automation, computer, management, etc., interpreters of foreign languages covering English, Japanese, German, Russian, Spanish, Korean, and Italian, etc., and editors and some other information theoretical research staff. The president is Prof. Wang Zheng.
Since its establishment in 1958, ITIBMIC has published about 1000 reports on varieties of topics, such as macroeconomic operation of building materials industry, market dynamic analysis, business behavior, product, technology and equipment investigation, accomplished more than 1000 research projects on soft science and developed various computer databases. Some of these achievements were awarded by the government. ITIBMIC provides dozens of research reports and information to administrative authorities on building materials industry every year.
ITIBMIC is being constructed onto a modernized, structurally networked, and industrialized information consulting service center of science, technology, economy and trade in Chinese building materials industry.
▼ Mission and Tasks
● In line with the needs of the development of national economy and building materials industry, to collect, process, and analyse domestic and international information of the industry, so as to provide management and policy-making basis for administrative authorities;
● To provide diversified consultation services, such as professional technology, economic and trade intelligence, also the development of new products and new technologies, market survey, enterprise technological renovation and feasibility study, intermediary, scientific and technical document apprisal, translation, duplicating, video and documentary film making for the whole industry;
● To hold varied technical markets, exhibition, and different forms of technical and business trainings and to act as an agent for international companies, organizations, and associations which are related to building materials industry in China, and to organize international exhibition for building materials industry;
● To develop computer databases and provide computer information network service on economic operation, products, technology and equipment, enterprise behavior and market information etc. In domestic and international building materials industry;
● To undertake the major soft science subjects assigned by the government, and make reports on assigned topics.
